Very much like vehicle servicing or personal medical checkups, proactively checking your server's critical indicators will ensure any issues are picked up early and can be resolved quickly avoiding unexpected downtime additional problems resulting from the initial issue.

What we do: We check your server on a regular schedule based on your needs. This check is completed to uncover any significant issues and provide the practice recommendations through the use of a monthly server health report card.

Includes the checking of the server to see if:

1. Last night's backup was successful?
2. The Antivirus software received the latest protection?
3. The Firewall is still up and running?
4. There is adequate hard drive space for your immediate needs?
5. There is adequate server memory for your immediate needs?

For those clients checking their server on a weekly schedule, real-time monitoring of the following is included;

1. Processor Usage
2. Internet Usage
3. Memory Usage
4. Hard Drive Usage
5. Server Availability

Real-time monitoring ensures Bluewave is alerted to any issues immediately (server is polled every minute) via automated email.
